Maeyonnaise

Yesterday, Karen stumbled upon Food Guru in Podcast…and WOW! The food looks so yummy and so EASY to cook that I got so eager to try it out. Last night, I did the Stuffed Hamburgers recipe. I’ve been wanting to make my own burger patties.

I enjoyed making it and eating it too!!! YUM YUM!!!

Here’s the ingredients, in case you want to try it out: Stuffing to be mixed in a bowl:

Mozzarella cheese

Sundried tomatoes

Chopped garlic

Chopped basil

Chunks of cream cheese

Salt & pepper

2 pcs. 1 qtr. lb. ground beef per patty (size to your liking as long as the stuffing doesn’t spill during cooking)

Toppings:

Slices of tomatoes

Fresh Basil leaves (I used the chopped one coz the fresh ones available in Spinneys is a Basil plant in a small pot!)

Your choice of cheese (can be mozzarella / cheddar cheese singles / smoked cheddar cheese singles)

SIDE KWENTOAs Karen and I continue to search for recipes, I have become enthusiastic about cooking. Finally, am in the mood to cook again. I used to cook a lot before. Naging taga-kain na lang ako nung dumating si Ate Reg sa “bahay” namin. Hehehe. She absolutely loves cooking. Her day is not complete without cooking and being in the kitchen. Also, with the type of dishes she makes, nahiya na ako magluto dahil kung baga sa design, napaka-intricate nila. Anyway, now, since ganado na ulit ako kumain at wala nang rason para magpigil (DIET) masyado… balik luto na ako. 2 nights ago, I cooked Beef Stroganoff. This was a recipe Karen found online & cooked last weekend. She only cooks on weekends coz Tita Lulu gets home really early so she does the cooking. Ako, since Ayhie ko works till 8pm na, I get a chance to cook for him after work…this is if Mami hasn’t cooked yet.

LUNCH TIME!!!  Kainin na ang Stuffed Hamburger Baon!!!
