What is the best thing to day dream about when the weather outside is gloomy and cold?

A holiday somewhere warm and beautiful, OF COURSE!!!

This year, on the top of my resolution list is to Travel more. Short breaks, long breaks, near or far away places… it doesn’t matter, as long as I get to see new places and experience new things this year.

One of the destinations I dream of is the Mediterranean (countries of South Europe, around the South of Europe such as Greece, Malta, Cyprus & Crete). These countries have so much history that can be seen from the ruins, intricately designed places of worship and buildings. I browsed through tourist sites and looked at the pictures. It’s like stepping back in time. They don’t only boast architecturally grand churches but also temples where animals were sacrificed. Being there would be like being there during the time of the Bible was written. It will be quite an experience!!!

Since, we are not overflowing with cash, for sure we will be looking for affordable places to stay. I found this while browsing about these destinations.

It is Europe, therefore, the currency will be Euro which is quite a lot when you’re only earning in Dirhams. At least, these hotels in Malta, Cyprus and Crete are affordable.

When travelling, we don’t really require such a luxurious hotel because we will most probably just sleep in it. We can look for more luxurious ones when we are millionaires! :)

Wish this day dream could somewhat keep my feet warmer now. hehehe. :) ah well… some time this year! I hope.
